J.R. Rockers has teamed up with the HAWC to create healthier menu choices. We've added sideline items and 1/2 size salads. Check out our healthy eating strategies below and look for the green leaf (denotes 550 calorie or less options) on our online menu>.
Healthy Eating Tips
• Sub grilled chicken for deep-fried
•Ask for mayo and dressing on the side or substitute one of our fat free/low-cal options
• Choose 100% juice or water over sugary soda
• Sub a side salad, steamed veggies, fruit, coleslaw, Jello or pudding for fries & onion rings
• Top your burger with veggies instead of cheese or bacon
• Share a meal with a friend or ask for a to-go box and save ½ for later
• Sub whole wheat tortillas when ordering wraps for added fiber

Texas Hold'em
Our 12 week tournament begins 3 March and runs through 19 May. Earn points each time you play and bonus points for finishing 1st-8th. The top 24 players will compete on 26 May for a $1K travel voucher. Members play forfree and non-members pay $10/week. Games start at 6:30sharp
